Fill your ceiling with 11" biodegradable Rainbow Bright latex balloons on either 50cm matching satin ribbon or 2m curling ribbon. Add satin bows to satin ribbon tails to make it extra special. Your ceiling balloons will arive treated* and inflated with helium, in a bag, ready to release onto the ceiling.
