I ordered my first Bubblegum balloon for my daughters 10th birthday last week, but unfortunately it burst within an hour of being in the home. I emailed the team and this was dealt with straight away with no fuss and had an amazing Christmas balloon delivered today in its place. Thankyou very much for the swift reply and organisation on getting a new balloon to my daughter! I will order with you again.
Paid £50 for one balloon to be delivered for a 70th birthday and it was flat. *edit* the company replied to my complaint quickly and professionally - a new balloon was delivered the next day, and it was really cool. It seems that it is the delivery company at fault, which is a shame.
