Fill your ceiling with 11" biodegradable circus themed latex balloons in red, white, chrome gold, pastel yellow & baby blue on either 50cm matching satin ribbon or 2m curling ribbon. Add satin bows to satin ribbon tails to make it extra special. Your ceiling balloons will arrive treated* and inflated with helium, in a bag, ready to release onto the ceiling.
