• Costs £6.95 for DPD Nominated delivery Monday - Friday or £9.95 for pre 12pm or Saturday - Sunday £9.95
• Your Balloons will arrive anywhere between 8am - 9pm
• With DPD, your delivery arrives in a sleek white box that pops out, adding an extra touch of excitement to your unboxing experience!
• Your order may arrive in multiple boxes, you will receive one tracking number but at times DPD split the parcels in transit resulting in them arriving with different drivers at potentially different times.

• Sent with Bubblegum Driver
• Available in a 1.5 hour radius from HQ. Costs vary depending on postcode.
• Your Balloons will arrive anytime between 8am-5:30pm. There is an option to select AM delivery if required.
• With a Bubblegum Driver, your balloon arrangement will arrive in either a box or bag, depending on its size.

Bubblegum Installations

• If your balloon display needs putting together, assembling, or setting up, you will need our Bubblegum events team to come onsite to create stunning balloon installations tailored to your event’s needs.
• Available in a 1.5 hour radius from HQ (we can travel further but a minimum installation cost applies).
• London delivery is from £60 +VAT, and London set up fees are from £180 +VAT.

Where are my balloons?

It is really easy to track your DPD delivery of balloons once your order has been dispatched. We ship our balloons with couriers who offer on-the-day tracking of your balloons. We will send you a link in an email when we dispatch your balloons, you can click this link to find out where your balloons are. Alternatively you can log in to your account here to find your tracking details there. Your order may arrive in multiple boxes, you will receive one tracking number but at times DPD split the parcels in transit resulting in them arriving with different drivers at potentially different times.

Delivery Date

You can select your desired delivery date at the checkout. We offer nominated day delivery service before 5:30pm and a requested pre-12pm delivery service via DPD.

We understand your balloons are being delivered for a special occasion, so we recommend having your balloons delivered ahead of time when using the services of DPD. If you require the balloons for the morning of the occasion please select the delivery date 2 days prior. Our Balloons on average last for 5 days so allows for this arrangement, plus it will give you peace of mind that if there is a delay we have time to rectify the situation for you.

Your balloon departs our studio at approximately 5pm the day before delivery. At this point, you will receive your tracking details and can keep an eye on your parcel.

Places We Don’t Ship

We do not ship to certain addresses in Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands - sadly the balloons don’t make the journey very well!

Collections

Collect Inflated Balloons Farnborough, Hampshire. We are located just behind the Morrison’s Garage in Southwood and we have lots of parking. You can order inflated balloons from our site and collect them for free from our warehouse.

Collection Considerations

Please bring a copy of your confirmation email.

Please consider the size of your order and the size of your vehicle before selecting our collection option. For a product that is 90% air, they take up a surprisingly large amount of space!

Bubblegum Balloons are not liable or responsible for the transport of collection items. If a collection is picked up later than the day requested any re-inflations will be charged for. This is due to the balloons being perishable and personalised and therefore unusable for another customer.

We can deliver inflated helium balloons locally in the area to Fleet, Farnborough, Aldershot, Frimley and Camberley from as little as £6.

We also deliver inflated helium balloons to London, South East London, South Kensington, Peckham, Central London, North London, Camden, Brixton, Kennington, Battersea, Ascot, Reading, Southampton, Winchester, Windsor, Twickenham, Oxford, Chipping Norton, Luton, Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and Kent.
